Going directly to a provider means using that provider's own account, API, and support channels. Compare the models you need, any provider-specific features you rely on, your data requirements, and the actual cost of your workload.

One account and API key give you access to the models available to your account, with usage and costs tracked in one place. This makes it easier to test models, build applications, and connect supported clients.
04What should I do about timeouts, rate limits, or service errors?
Check the error message first to distinguish API key or parameter problems from temporary service issues. If you hit a rate limit, reduce concurrency and wait before retrying. For service errors, limit retry attempts and, if needed, have your application switch to a backup model you have already tested. Before resubmitting an image or video request, check the original task's status to avoid creating duplicates.
05What's the difference between free models and promotional credits on LanoX?
Free models are explicitly marked as free in the catalog; this does not mean every model is free or that usage is unlimited. Promotional credits are credits added to your account under a specific offer, and you can use them only after they have been granted. Check the catalog for free models and the offer's terms for where credits can be used and when they expire.
