1. What Lanox Analytics does
Lanox Analytics helps the LanoX team understand how our own websites (including lanox.ai) are found and used, and which search keywords are worth targeting. It:
- Reads keyword search volume and keyword ideas from the Google Ads API to plan SEO content.
- Reads search performance (queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, position) from Google Search Console for our own websites.
- Reads aggregated website traffic reports from Google Analytics 4 for our own properties, and manages which LanoX team members have access to those properties.
- Combines this data into internal SEO and marketing reports.
2. Who uses it
Lanox Analytics is used only by the LanoX team. It has no public sign-up and no end users outside our team. The only Google account that authorizes it is our own administrator account, roma585298988@gmail.com, and it only accesses websites, properties and the Google Ads account that we own.
3. Google APIs and data used
- Google Ads API — keyword search volume (read). Reads keyword ideas and historical search volume (Keyword Planner data). Lanox Analytics does not create, edit or pay for ads and does not change any campaign.
- Google Search Console API — search performance (read). Reads search analytics, URL inspection results and sitemap status for our own verified websites. It does not change site settings or users.
- Google Analytics (GA4) Data and Admin APIs — reports (read) and user management. Reads aggregated GA4 reports (traffic, sessions, conversions) for our own properties, and adds or removes access for our own team members on our own properties. GA4 data is aggregated; we do not request or store personal data of website visitors.
- Basic sign-in identity (openid, email). Identifies the administrator account that authorizes the app.
Lanox Analytics does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Photos or any other Google user content.
4. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to produce internal SEO and marketing reports and, for GA4, to manage our own team's access. Apart from GA4 team-access management, all use is read-only.
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising or retargeting, not used for credit or lending, and not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. It is not shared with or transferred to third parties except as required by law, for security or abuse investigations, or in a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our private servers, readable only by authorized LanoX staff; data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS. Tokens are kept until access is revoked and are deleted on revocation. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. Report data is kept only as long as needed and is deleted on request. Deletion requests: roma585298988@gmail.com; we respond within 30 business days.
6. Limited Use disclosure
Lanox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
